Electric tapping machine / tapping arm
This Cowley electric tapping machine is used for fast and accurate tapping of different types of materials. The machine can be used both horizontally and vertically. The speed is variable and adjustable, the cooling is nicely integrated in the housing and the machine has an internal memory for storing multiple programs.
Tapping machine is equipped with a mist spray function, which ensures both cooling and lubrication of the tapping process. The system is fully integrated into the tap arm interface and can be automatically turned on and off via the HD touchscreen. When the liquid exits the spray surface of the nozzle, it breaks up into a fine mist of uniform micron-sized droplets. This allows the process to be cooled and lubricated for fast and accurate tapping. With the included flexible mist spray hose you can spray the oil/air mixture on the tap at all common angles. In addition, the mist spray also saves costs, extends the life of equipment, saves the environment and ultimately saves costs.
